Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the work we deliver. This policy explains how refunds are handled for TechWiz Smart Digital Solutions projects.

Project Deposits

Most projects require an upfront deposit to begin work. Deposits cover the time and resources committed to starting your project and are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Cancelled Projects

If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, a full refund of any advance payment will be provided. If cancelled after work has started, you will be refunded for any remaining, undelivered portion of the project, minus work already completed.

Ongoing Services

For recurring services such as SEO, ads management or WordPress maintenance, refunds are not provided for time already worked, but you may cancel future billing at any time.
